Saw a copy for sale at the Field's Books booth at Pantheacon. An impressive tome, especially with a price tag of over $200. Whew!
That's about right. I don't know how Brill does it. All of their products are high-priced. Keeps out the wannabes and little people, I suppose.
What a shame about the price. I think the broader Neopagan community would be well served by being dished out some honest to goodness academic studies of their path. I delight in reading all the academic works I can get my hands on; this is the so-called 'advanced' material so many yearn for.
