Sigh, for some reason my university library's online access to the Pomegranate isn't working :-( Blarg.

If the library has a valid subscription, and the online access is not working, then the serials librarian should complain loudly to Equinox Publishing.

They are generally good about fixing Web-related issues.

Looks like it was a technical failure on the library's site. Wasn't connecting to the database properly or something, but will soon be fixed.
