Jack Chick, the Movie

I have my own collection of Jack Chick pamphlets, but to make collecting more sporting, they have to be found in public places: left inside a library book about Wicca or on a public park bench, that sort of thing.

Maybe God's Cartoonist: The Comic Crusade of Jack Chick will create more collectors of "all things Chick including the art, artists, writers, controversies, death threats, witch spells, Illuminati, Catholic assassins and more!"

I loved the Jack Chick comic about homosexuals that began with archaeologists reading something in hieroglyphics on a tomb wall and throwing up. There was also a good one about Mormons. I don't think I've seen the one about Wicca. I'd forgotten all about them, but the other day I saw one in the street, Christopher Street, of all places - but that suits your notion that they should only be recorded if they are found in such significant locales.

Wow! I am a Jack Chick enthusiast..despite being Pagan. I think my interest stems from how I can't understand how anyone can be so hateful. I even have a cope of "Wicca: Satan's Little White Lie", which was published through Chick Publications.

I am downloading the movie, it's just too much!

Coincidentally, I am one of the coordinators of FPG and I'm looking forward to meeting you next week.
