I want to read "A Valkyrie Among Jews". Which issue of PanGaia should I watch out for?

I don't know when it would be published, but you can check the magazine's website.

It appears in the current issue of PanGaia. The theme for that issue is Pagans and money.

Google either PanGaia or Blessed Be, Inc. to find the homepage. You can use that to order a copy of the magazine online or to search for local stores that carry this issue. In my experience, most Pagan stores carry BBI's publications which are SageWoman, PanGaia & New Witch.
