The Troth republished

Volume 1 of a new edition of Kveldulf Gundarsson's The Troth has been published. Volume 2 is expected this winter.

Speaking of Heathenry, Wikipedia has a historically interesting entry.

As someone whose name is in it and who helped collate the original printing, I'm surprised that I hadn't heard. I wonder if anyone told Kveldulf.

It's been out for a long while now. I ordered my copy over a year ago. It took a long time for me to receive it at the time (four months!), but they've switched publishers since then, and are now using the much-more-reliable BookSurge.

Kveldulf actually worked on the second edition fairly extensively, before turning it over to us in 2004; he revised the text and added some new material in both Vol. 1 and the upcoming Vol. 2. Come to think of it, I think most of his newer contributions are in Vol. 2. But at any rate, he's most definitely in the loop.
